i want to unsubscribe from blinko.com i do not want to receive any more messages on my mobile, but i have forgotten my username and password. and the procedure to change my password is not working,

I have suscribed to the service (to make a review for our media) but after register:
1.- password is not accepted
2.- reset password doesn´t work

I downloaded the blinko app to my mobile but it’s been stuck on the “Connecting…” screen for over 2 hours.
Also, in the apps description on most download websites (all of which have been submitted to by the official blinko staff) it boasts (no need for access to the internet” but this simply isn’t true. It clearly needs some kind of mobile-web access to connect to its server, and ongoing access to be used for its main purpose. This effectively writes off the “completely free” statement as any kind of web access costs money (there was no mention of possible network charges in the descriptions I came across).
